Who we are

This website, p4pdigitalproducts.com, and the digital products sold on it are operated by P4P Digital Products LLC, a veteran-owned company organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean P4P Digital Products LLC.

What we collect

For purchases: your name, email address, billing address, and (if applicable) shipping information needed to deliver your order. Card details are entered directly into Stripe or PayPal's checkout — they never touch our servers, and we never see them.

For newsletter signups: just your email address.

Basic technical data: like any website, our host records standard, non-identifying technical information (general traffic and security logs) needed to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your order, send you your purchase receipts and product downloads, respond to your customer-service requests, send you the newsletter if you've subscribed, and (rarely) email you about important account or product matters. That's it. We don't use your information for targeted advertising or sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the store, and they process information only on our behalf:

• Stripe and/or PayPal — our payment processors. They handle your card or account details directly and store them on their secure platforms. See their respective privacy policies.
• MailerLite — our email provider. It stores your email address so we can send the newsletter and order-related emails.
• Cloudflare — our website host. It serves the site and handles standard security and traffic logging.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe any time. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Access or delete your data. Email support@p4pdigitalproducts.com and we'll tell you what we hold and remove it on request, subject to any records we're legally required to retain (such as tax records for sales).

How long we keep it

Purchase records: as long as required for tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Newsletter subscribers: as long as you stay subscribed. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from active systems while retaining only what we're legally required to keep.

A note for younger visitors

This website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and we do not sell to anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and partner only with providers (Stripe, PayPal, MailerLite, Cloudflare) that take security seriously. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we keep what we collect to a deliberate minimum.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
