How We Stand Behind The Work

Satisfaction Promise & Terms

Plain language, no fine-print games. Here's exactly how we stand behind every paid product, what's covered, what isn't, and the rules that keep the promise sustainable.

Effective May 25, 2026

The short version: All digital sales are final — we don't issue refunds, because once a file is delivered it can't be unsent. But our Satisfaction Promise says: if a product wasn't right for you, tell us within 14 days what you actually wanted, and if it fits what P4P builds, we'll create it and send you the new product free. You keep what you bought. Technically defective files are always replaced. That's the whole deal.

Who we are

The P4P Digital Products store and the products sold on it are operated by P4P Digital Products LLC, a veteran-owned company organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean P4P Digital Products LLC. "You" means the person purchasing or using a product.

The Satisfaction Promise

We don't issue refunds on digital products, because once a file has been delivered it can't be returned. Instead, we stand behind every paid purchase with the P4P Satisfaction Promise:

If a paid product didn't meet what you actually needed, email us within 14 days of your purchase and describe the digital product you were really hoping for. If your request fits within P4P's product domain — veteran-focused planners, workbooks, companion tools, prep materials, or similar digital products in our lane — we will build it and send you a free download link. You keep the original product you purchased, and you receive the new one. We typically deliver the new product within 2 to 4 weeks of accepting the request.

The four guardrails

The Promise has four sensible limits so it stays a real promise and not a runaway:

  • 14-day request window. Submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, the original purchase stands.
  • One request per order. Each purchased order is eligible for one custom-product request. Bundled orders (for example, the Full P4P Bundle) count as a single order.
  • Within P4P's product domain. Requests must be within the kinds of digital products we build — veteran-focused planners, workbooks, companion tools, prep materials, and the like. We are not a generalist agency and cannot accept requests outside this domain.
  • Our discretion on feasibility. We reserve the right to decline a request if it is outside scope, technically infeasible, or unreasonable in size. When we decline, we will offer a free swap to an existing product in our catalog that is closer to what you described.

A custom product created in response to a Promise request may also be added to our catalog so it benefits future customers. You will be credited as the inspiration for it if you'd like; that's your call.

Technical defect exception

Separate from the Satisfaction Promise, we always replace technically defective products. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or is materially different from how it was described on our site, contact us and we will replace it — or, at our discretion, refund that specific product. This applies regardless of how long ago the purchase was made.

No refunds on digital products

By purchasing a paid digital product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that we do not issue refunds. Digital products are delivered as downloadable files and cannot be returned. Your remedies for dissatisfaction are the Satisfaction Promise and the technical defect exception above. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of the state where you reside.

Payment terms

Transactions are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. By making a purchase you agree to those processors' terms as well. We charge the prices listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Intellectual property and license

All product content — PDFs, workbooks, planners, app code, audio, video, written material, branding, and the Companion Series interfaces — is the property of P4P Digital Products LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

When you buy a paid product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use it for yourself and your immediate household. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, post publicly, or use any product or excerpt for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Institutional and unit licensing has separate terms negotiated at the point of sale.

Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use any product or our websites for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to bypass any technical protection on a product; (c) impersonate P4P or its founders; (d) submit fraudulent purchase or refund requests, including chargebacks for products lawfully delivered.

No clinical claims

Our products are educational, reflective, and self-help tools. They are not medical devices, not therapy, and not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional or physician. We make no clinical claims about the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our products and websites are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4P Digital Products LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
